Finish setup offline
On a new phone, complete the first-time setup in offline / airplane mode and skip signing in to any Google account.
Download & install
Tap Download below (or scan the QR), then allow install from this source when Android asks, and install the app.
Turn on Wireless debugging
Open the app and follow the guided steps — enable Developer options, then Wireless debugging, and enter the 6-digit pairing code.
Done — automatically
The app finishes enrolment on its own and then removes itself. Your device is secured with no factory reset.

Because this app is delivered directly by Kredsure (not the Play Store), Android will ask you to allow installs from this source the first time — that is expected. If you were given a secret code by your retailer, keep it handy; the app will ask for it during setup.
